1 2 3 Mostro! è esperimento visivo, che interpreta e ripropone mostri nati dalla fantasia incontaminata dei bambini.

The driving force behind these works is to create a three-dimensional visual effect by playing on the contrast between reflective solid backgrounds and the opacity of the subject.

A tribute to the great cartoonist and author Go Nagai, inventor of the much-loved Goldrake, Mazinga and Jeeg; pop icons that forged the fantasy-science imagination of the children of my generation.

Dark Souls are representations of these mechanical heroes, who embody good and evil at the same time (a reference to the oriental philosophy of Yin and Yang) and, depending on the pilot, can become messengers of the devil or angels champions of good.

Dream city allegorically represents the vibrant nature of Parma's architecture, expressed through the creative force of a childhood lived within the urban fabric, where small play areas (courtyards, cellars, garages) were immediately transformed into fantastic places.

The starting point that led me to make these paintings was the observation of the plumage of birds. The feathers are interpreted as a texture all around the subject head.

My interest was then brought to all those anatomical elements of animals that could become texture, such as snakes coils and octopus tentacles.

These 6 paintings are ideally the evolution of the previous series Feathers, Spire and Tentacles. Born from the need to create original works for the Costa Toscana ship of Costa Crociere, the subjects have marine fauna as a common thread.

The "Flame-Right" series of drawings represent my "very personal" vision of the things around me.
This personal artistic expression led me to painting.

The Hot Wheels drawing series began as a pastime during the 2020 lockdown. Over time I then continued to create new designs. Today those who wish can purchase these drawings (unique pieces, no reproductions) on my Etsy shop “OSDesignStudio”.

The drawings depict famous places in Tuscany reinterpreted in a surrealist way. The inspiration came from the art director Manuel Roncoroni as a work request for the decoration of the new Costa Toscana ship of Costa Crociere. I was inspired by the illustrations in Albertus Seba's Cabinet of Natural Curiosities.

The Pighmush the Transformer project was born almost by chance during the study of characters who, as a common thread, had to recall the pig. The success demonstrated by friends, acquaintances, classmates of my daughters led to the idea of using this subject for the realization of T-shirts.
